PRIVACY POLICY

LinkCash ("we", "us") operates as a link monetisation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

a) Account data: name, email address, password hash (for credential accounts), UPI ID (for payouts), Telegram chat ID (if connected), and role (Creator / Advertiser).

b) Google OAuth: if you sign in with Google we receive your public profile name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not store your Google password.

c) Link and click data: short code, original URL, timestamp, hashed IP address, approximate country (derived from IP), user agent string, referrer URL, and unlock method (ad-watch, paid, social).

d) Payment data: TelePay order IDs and payment status. We do not store full UPI credentials or card numbers — these are handled by TelePay.

e) Cookies and local storage: session cookie (for authentication), and short-lived localStorage entries used to resume in-progress payment flows.

- To provide the service, process payments, and pay out earnings.

- To detect and prevent fraud, bot traffic, and abuse.

- To send transactional emails (payout confirmations, support replies, weekly digest — opt-out available in Settings).

- To display anonymised aggregate analytics to the creator who owns a link (click counts, earnings, country breakdown).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

- TelePay (payment processing) — subject to TelePay's privacy policy.

- Our infrastructure provider (Replit / cloud hosting) — for hosting and database services.

- Law enforcement — when legally required.

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Anonymised click/earnings records may be retained for up to 3 years for fraud-prevention and accounting purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests via the Support page.

We use a single authentication session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

The service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
