TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to LinkCash ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any LinkCash service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

LinkCash is a link monetisation platform. Creators shorten URLs and share them; visitors either watch a short ad or pay ₹2 to access the destination. Creators earn a share of each paid unlock and of ad revenue generated by their links.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India (or another jurisdiction where UPI payments are supported) to create a Creator or Advertiser account.

a) Revenue share: Creators receive 50% (₹1) of each ₹2 paid unlock and ₹0.02 per verified ad-watch unlock (₹20 per 1,000 views).

b) Premium pool: A share of Premium subscriber revenue (₹99/month plans) is distributed proportionally to creators based on their click share in the billing period.

c) Referral programme: You earn 10% of your referred creator's revenue for as long as they remain active. This may change with 30 days' notice.

d) Payouts are processed within 7 business days of approval. Minimum payout amount is ₹100.

e) LinkCash may withhold or reverse earnings it reasonably suspects were generated by fraudulent, bot-driven, or self-generated traffic.

You may not shorten URLs pointing to: illegal content, malware, phishing pages, adult content without appropriate age-gating, gambling sites (where prohibited by Indian law), or any content that violates the IT Act 2000 or any applicable law.

Advertisers pre-fund campaigns to promote social actions (follows, subscribes). Budgets are consumed per verified conversion. Unused budget may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee; see our Refund Policy for details.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant LinkCash a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your links on the platform. LinkCash retains all rights to the platform, design, and software.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Pending earnings below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited on deletion.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific earning level — see our Earnings Disclaimer for details. Uptime is targeted at 99.5% but not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LinkCash's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total earnings paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice sent to your registered email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
