REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: April 2025
1. PAID LINK UNLOCKS (₹2 per unlock)
a) All paid link-unlock transactions are final and non-refundable once the original URL has been delivered to the visitor.
b) If a technical error occurs and the URL was not delivered (e.g., payment was charged but the unlock page returned an error), submit a refund request within 7 days via the Support page with your UPI transaction ID. We will review and, if valid, refund the ₹2 to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS (₹99/month)
a) Subscriptions are prepaid for a 30-day period and are non-refundable after the period has started, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
b) You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Premium. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current 30-day period.
c) If a technical fault caused duplicate billing (charged twice for the same period), contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate charge within 7 business days.
3. ADVERTISER CAMPAIGN BUDGETS
a) Campaign budgets are pre-funded via TelePay before a campaign goes live.
b) Budget that has already been spent on verified conversions is non-refundable.
c) Unused budget remaining when a campaign is paused or completed may be refunded, minus a 10% processing and platform fee, within 14 business days of a written refund request submitted via the Support page.
d) If a campaign is rejected by our moderation team, the full pre-funded amount is refunded within 7 business days.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Open a support ticket from the Support page with subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction date and UPI reference number (UTR)
- Reason for the refund request
